Terms of Service

By placing an order with ReviewsBoostly you agree to these terms.

1. The service

ReviewsBoostly plans and delivers review campaigns to the public profile links you supply. Deliverables are the review quantities in your package, drip-fed over the stated window. Displayed ratings are computed by each platform and are not themselves a deliverable.

2. Your responsibilities

• Supply correct, public target links you are authorised to promote.
• Understand your platform's policies. Purchased engagement can violate the terms of service of review platforms; you accept that risk for your own profiles.
• Provide accurate contact details for delivery updates.

3. Guarantees

The 30-day replacement guarantee and non-delivery refund are defined in the Refund & Replacement Policy, which forms part of these terms.

4. Payments

Prices are one-time, in USD, and charged at checkout via our payment provider's hosted page. We never store card numbers.

5. Acceptable use

We refuse orders targeting profiles you don't control, competitors (negative campaigns are not offered — we do not sell negative reviews), or content that is unlawful, deceptive to a degree beyond the nature of the service itself, or harmful.

6. Liability

Our total liability for any order is capped at the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for platform actions against your profile, indirect losses, or lost profits.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the version live at the time of your order applies to it.
