Privacy Policy

This policy explains what ReviewsBoostly collects, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what an order needs, we never sell it, and we never ask for account passwords.

What we collect

• Order data — your email, the public profile links you ask us to deliver to, package details, and payment references from our payment provider. Card numbers never touch our servers; payment is processed on the provider's hosted page.
• Support messages — what you send through the contact form, delivered to our support inbox.
• Analytics — standard usage events (pages viewed, cart actions) via Google Analytics and our CRM, used to improve the product and, with your opt-in, to email you.
• Cart state — stored in your own browser's localStorage, not on our servers.

How we use it

• To plan, deliver and support your campaigns.
• To send order confirmations and delivery updates.
• To send marketing email only when you ticked the opt-in — every message includes unsubscribe.

Sharing

Order metadata is shared with our payment and fulfilment provider to the extent needed to process and deliver your order. We do not sell personal data, and client lists are never published.

Retention & your rights

Order records are kept for as long as accounting law requires. You can request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time via the contact page; deletion requests are honoured except where a legal retention duty applies.
